1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Name, email address, and profile information provided during registration
  • Authentication data via Firebase Authentication (Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email)

Trading Data

  • Simulated trading activity on PropFirm challenge accounts (trades, positions, P&L)
  • Journal entries, trade plans, and performance analytics
  • Challenge progress, drawdown metrics, and account status

Payment Information

  • Payment card details are processed exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers
  • Stripe Connect onboarding data (bank details, identity verification) for payout recipients
  • Wise recipient details for international payout users
  • Bitcoin/Lightning addresses for cryptocurrency payout users
  • Transaction history and payout records

Device & Usage Data

  • Device type, operating system, and app version
  • Firebase Analytics events (anonymized usage patterns)
  • Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and PropFirm Challenge services
  • Process challenge purchases and performance bonus payments
  • Enforce trading rules, detect violations, and prevent abuse
  • Generate leaderboards and social trading features (display name and trading stats only)
  • Send notifications about account status, payouts, and platform updates
  • Comply with legal obligations including tax reporting (1099 forms via Stripe)

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: Payment processing, identity verification (KYC/AML), and payout distribution
  • Wise: International payout processing (only if you select this method)
  • Strike: Bitcoin/Lightning payout processing (only if you select this method)
  • MetaAPI / Agilium Trade: Demo broker account provisioning and trade execution simulation
  • Firebase / Google Cloud: Cloud infrastructure, authentication, database, and analytics
  • Law enforcement: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
  • Firebase Security Rules enforcing per-user data access control
  • iOS Keychain for secure local storage of broker credentials
  • Stripe handles all payment card data (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant)
  • Server-side API authentication and rate limiting

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Trading data and challenge history are retained for 3 years after account closure for regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via Settings in the app.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Export your trading data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
